plasticbag : Brightkite is a location-based social networking service that apparently has Fire Eagle support built-in - It looks great, but unfortunately I've not had much of a chance to play with it yet as I don't have an invitation. Sad Tom.

plasticbag : Urban Horizon has written a very thoughtful piece on Fire Eagle and where it fits into the industry - My particular favourite line is about the "Twitter for Location" description. I really hate that one too. I don't think it explains what we made at all well.
